Description
The Casadei XENIA 40X Sliding table panel saw with tilting blade +/-46°, is a complete machine in terms of equipment and with high technologies ensuring high quality squaring.
The double inclination allows the realization of some inclined cuts even on delicate panels, that would not allow the processing om the covered panel side and on details with complex shapes.
It’s technical characteristics and ergonomics make the Xenia 40X an ideal machine for small and medium-sized artisan companies.
Equipped with an over-hanging control panel, which ensures maximum ease of use and fast programming, the Xenia 40X circular saw is extremely flexible and preforming.
- Reliability: Sliding system with prismatic guideways and preloaded ball bearings, for smooth and precise sliding table travel. All machine frame contact surfaces are machined to guarantee perfect planarity, impeccable precision and durability.
- Ergonomics: All machine controls are on the front side of the machine within easy reach of the operator. The powered tilt and lifting of the saw units guarantees rapid adjustment
- Sturdiness: machine frame of notable thickness and solid construction.
Saw unit
A strong structure made with ribbed cast iron and an innovative operating unit ensures an excellent finishing thanks to a vibration free movement. Vertical saw unit raise & fall over round ways ensures smooth operation even after many years of use.
All controls are conveniently and ergonomically located on the front side.
Scoring unit adjustment: The rapid and accurate scoring unit adjustment is guaranteed from a precise play-free levers system.
Crosscut frame
Designed to square panels up to 3200 x 3200 mm (standard). It is equipped with a crosscut fence complete with two reversible stops and an idle roller to facilitate loading of large panels. The crosscut fence can be angled up to 45° for mitre cuts.
Sliding table
Precision and durability are the features of Casadei sliding table which has an exclusive sliding system: sturdy aluminium profiles with hardened steel ways, mounted by means of a mechanical bending system, enable straight line precision of along the entire stroke of the sliding table. The result is remarkable: the same precision after years of intensive use without maintenance.
